  Probably the most inept fast food experience I have EVER had. Twice! The first time, I went through the drive thru and was given the entirely wrong order. I don't complain because, well, it's McDonald's. Today, I used their app. When I pulled up, they told me that I was at the wrong location.... I said no, I'm at the correct location as is showing on THEIR app. Pull forward I'm told. Is my name Doug I'm asked. No, my name is Ed. I'm sorry, I gave your order two cars ahead of you. Ok. Can I get my actual order? I asked. Yes. Just show your receipt at the second window. Ok Pull up to the second window and get a larger coke than I ordered and a much larger bag than my order would need. I give them the receipt that the first person gave me and said that I was to show them it. They asked if I was Doug.... Nope. Ed. Do you have my order? No, we gave it to sla vehicle two cars ahead of you.... Well, here's my receipt. They say to give them a moment. I get a coke with no ice, a large fries in a small fry bag and a cold, mealy sandwich. Missing my other.... Never again.

  This McDonald’s location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every single time I come here, my order is messed up. They constantly forget items, and when you go back to fix the mistake, they treat you like you’re the problem. Today I ordered pancakes and they forgot the butter. I politely asked a worker for butter, and she went back inside and disappeared for almost 10 minutes just to bring two small butters. By the time she came back, my pancakes were already cold and ruined. Something that should take 30 seconds took almost 10 minutes. That’s unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or caring about the mistake, the employees act like they don’t care about customers at all. This location seriously needs better management and better training. Right now the service is slow, careless, and disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers, corporate really needs to step in and fix this place. It’s ridiculous how they treat me as a customer these employees need to be changed

  I had so many issues at this location Today I had order two chess burgers meals I said no cheese add mayo and tomato Tell me why they only add mayo one of them and the other add mayo tomato and lettuce I did not momtion a lettuce and then I went back I told em I want refund they say they will remake it this is the young lady manager she went for like 7 min and came back later witch sandwich and there’s lettuce on it they do it on purpose I hate this place all workers don’t give a damn about the customer most of them are not speaking English and they blame you

  I tried ordering off DoorDash as normal and my DoorDash said another DoorDash stole my food So watch out Very ghetto location And they refused to give me a refund when both me and my DoorDash have provided proof that I have not gotten my food and drinks!!!
