  Came in right at closing and Shaniqua (Mia) was very friendly and offered to make my sandwich despite the time. The website and Google said they closed at 10 but actually close at 9. Not only did she make my sandwich, she made my entire night!

  The male employees are always so polite and fast. Today the female employee was rude and not “freaky fast” she told me my order wasn’t started and wouldn’t be started cause she’s going on break and told me 15 minutes. As a delivery driver I get penalized for that. There is no reason Jimmy John’s should allow their customers to be treated like that by an employee. I will be reporting this to corporate. This store needs to be ran better.

  Delicious, fresh food, in the heart of uptown Minneapolis! Shortly after the dinner hour, this place was clean. Very friendly employees! You can enter from the front, or from the inside of Seven Points/Calhoun Square.

  They need a solid manager. Staff fight amongst themselves loudly and do not communicate properly.

  Ordered a sandwich meal with a large fountain drink. They dropped off a bottled beverage. I wouldnt have paid extra for a large when im getting the size of a regular. Called staff and they just said thats how it is. I shouldnt be able to order a fountain drink if you cant deliver it. Also bottled beverages are cheaper at my work (where i got it delivered) then from you guys so I really feel screwed here.
