  I live nearby, so I always shop at this supermarket—the selection is pretty good. But one day, while I was using the self-checkout, an older female employee came right up to me and demanded to know why I was putting items into my shopping bag. I had clearly scanned them before putting them in, but she confronted me in a confrontational tone for no reason at all. She didn’t even check the machine to see if I had scanned them, and she even tried to call security to handle the situation. It wasn’t until the very end that she noticed the items I had already scanned on the machine. It later dawned on me that she had unjustly suspected me of being someone who wouldn’t pay—as if I were a thief—even though I certainly didn’t need the money. Yet, in the end, she didn’t even offer a single apology. I felt extremely unhappy about this shopping experience.

  I really like this grocery store the produces outstanding they have a really good deli I really think this is one of the best grocery stores in town

  My complaint is they overpriced non organic stuff and if you are first time shopper no one will assist you or to ask simple question.
