This is the first time I’ve faced such a reaction toward someone who doesn’t speak English. The employee at the counter behaved in an inappropriate way: while we were ordering, he kept nodding “yes, yes,” then walked away around the corner, shouted, and came back. He also first served the ice cream without caramel or sprinkles, and only after I asked about it did he add them. The impression was very unpleasant. I will never come back, and I don’t recommend this place. If you want to leave with a good mood and a good impression, I do not recommend this location, because it ruins your mood.

I was the lone car in the Drive Thru on a Friday night when the woman at the register took my card at the window to pay for my order. She held onto my card for a couple of minutes before handing it back, which I thought was strange. When I checked my bank account, I noticed I'd been charged multiple times at this Wendy's for orders that were not mine. I think she paid for her own food with my card. I had to cancel my card and get a replacement.
