- SSSarah3 days ago3.0This location needs to beware of doordash drivers, they're causing Taco Bell to lose business. I placed an order and "Edwin" sat in the parking lot "picking up my order" for 15 minutes not moving. When I asked him if everything was okay he canceled my order and it was reassigned to "Freddy" who was also already in the parking lot. I told Freddy my previous dasher canceled after just sitting in the lot for 15 min and asked if he would make sure the store remembered my hot sauce packets. Then Freddy canceled my order after another 5 minutes and it was reassigned again to "Luis" who again was in the lot and not moving. So at that point my crunchwrap and nacho fries were made 30 minutes ago and I canceled the whole order because I knew it would be cold and soggy. I have had these same dashers before and I have a feeling these people work for taco bell or sit in the lot waiting for doordash orders because when they accept them, they're always already in the parking lot. Taco Bell should not be preparing doordash orders until the driver arrives at the restaurant and checks in. That way the food will be fresh for the customer and some jerk can't sit outside in the parking lot pretending to be picking up the order while it sits inside the restaurant getting cold.
