- RMRyan MilesSep 21, 20251.0Avoid this place like the plague (literally)!! The employees at this location are unbelievably rude. They act like ordering is an imposition on them, roll their eyes and scoff when you give them your order. Food safety and cleanliness is a joke, food sitting out uncooled, uncovered, they'll be sweeping/mopping with gloves on and try to make your food with the same gloves unless you call them out on it. They refuse to honor coupons simply because they can't read English. They scam on pricing and the card reader is set up in a way that makes it easy to tip more than you want, when you call them out on it they act like they can't reverse it until you demand they do so, which of course takes 5 business days.
- SSSparky1pantsJul 29, 20251.0Went for lunch and ordered the Meal of the day and when I asked about cookies instead of chips I was told they weren't an option but when I pointed to the sign that said " chips OR 2 cookies". The lady told me to just grab chips. The chicken was still cold in the teriyaki chicken sub. Maybe some training on the advertising promotions would allow paying customers not to waste time or money on a promotion because it inconveniences the employee. I suggest caribou or the bagel shop for something worth time and money.
