  I used to go there regularly but not anymore The staff there are so rude and bring bad energy when ordering food she keep shouting at me when asking what I wanted I was terrible

  When you come into this store on 46 they talk about you in Spanish like you don't understand what is being said and I actually liked this subway but after that one incident I will never come here again

  Today December 21 at 4:20 at moment the got only 1 employee no costumer In the room she wiping the area and I asked her someone to serve me she said I’m only by myself let me finish cleaning she said. I got hungry and trust them to get food. How she said wait she doesn’t know how to serve the costumer she is rude too

  Señoras bien chismositas, está bien platicar pero que por lo menos hagan su trabajo bien. Le hecharon verdura a mi sándwich como si se les estuviera acabando. Aparte de que no me atendieron bien todavía se molestan con uno que es cliente. Si no le gustan atender que busquen otro trabajo que les pague por chismear.

  Avoid this place like the plague (literally)!! The employees at this location are unbelievably rude. They act like ordering is an imposition on them, roll their eyes and scoff when you give them your order. Food safety and cleanliness is a joke, food sitting out uncooled, uncovered, they'll be sweeping/mopping with gloves on and try to make your food with the same gloves unless you call them out on it. They refuse to honor coupons simply because they can't read English. They scam on pricing and the card reader is set up in a way that makes it easy to tip more than you want, when you call them out on it they act like they can't reverse it until you demand they do so, which of course takes 5 business days.
