    Went in and was about to place my order when the gross woman working looked me dead in the eye, then picked her nose very thoroughly, putting one finger in her nostril and another outside the nostril and pinching them together. Immediately afterwards, without washing her hands or putting on gloves she then grabbed a wax paper with the booger hand, ans threw it down on the cutting board and proceeded to offer to make my sandwich on the wax paper she just wiped a booger on. Disgusted I left. I will never go back to this subway.

    The owner called the police on me and cussed me out for standing inside for less than 5 minutes waiting for a ride while it was -30°. He is a nasty miserable old man that deserves absolutely zero business.

    I had a really frustrating experience with this Subway location. I placed an order through the app, and was charged $80, but when I arrived, the store told me the order had been cancelled on their end and never processed. The problem is, the money was still taken from my account, and they said there was nothing they could do because they didn’t receive the order. To make things worse, none of the staff spoke English, so trying to explain the situation and ask for help was nearly impossible. I used translation apps and tried to show them the charge on my phone, but I was just told again and again that they couldn’t help me. Now I’m out $80, with no food, no order, and no clear way to get a refund. I tried reaching out through the app, but haven’t gotten a resolution yet. I understand mistakes happen, but there needs to be better communication and a clearer process for handling issues like this. At the very least, someone at the store should be able to speak enough English to help resolve billing problems.

    Has to be the worst service I seen in my life. They canceled the order, did not refund us, did not care to speak to an English speaker on the phone even if I spoke Spanish calling other times. They speak spanish and ignore you on call and hang up or blocked us. Eventually using other numbers now they went above and beyond to avoid all contact. Now when you call the subway it says theyre busy. UPDATE: We went to that subway. NOT BUSY AT ALL, no one was there but us and i can see why now. They acted like the order never existed, even with proof of payment and cancelation. There goes $80!! And they didn't want to get the manager saying he wouldn't be able to help. All they did was repeat and repeat like a broke record player. And support dorsnt help its using AI to talk to us and guess what it said go to the subway for a refund even though THAT subway said they can't. Now my bank will take 2 weeks to try and figure it out or if they can even refund it at all. I wish I could do 0 stars. Getting Dairy Queen now.

    the worst customer service we've ever received. They cancelled our order with no reason and when we called them they spoke really rudely and said they cant make a reorder . worst ever service ever! will never ever eat from this place ever. would give 0 stars if I could.
