Service and atmosphere is good! But the food is pretty terrible. There are two vegetarian options, the pizza and the pasta. Wouldn’t recommend either. Definitely more of a drinks and maybe snacks type place.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Was offered a type of seating then they told us they were all reserved even though we had a reservation. They then sat us at a table for 6 and there was only 2 of us, gave us water and then made us get up and move without saying anything the server picked up the menus and I had to ask if we needed to move and she said yes. We then ordered drinks that with prosecco that were completely flat. I tried to get the waitresses attention for 20 minutes when she finally came back I watched her pour my drink in a new cup and give it back. Very unfortunate because I was hoping it could be a regular cocktail spot.

I work next door and go to Mara all the time with friends, we gave this place a shot as it was nice outside. I can not recommend going here, we had an awful time. The servers were all unknowledgablr and inattentive. Small things just adding up and then waiting 20 minutes for someone to come by. For example, I asked for a diet coke. She returned with a diet Pepsi. About 10 minutes later when she came by I asked if it was a Pepsi and she said that's what I ordered. She didn't get the hint until I finally had to say "listen, I dont like Pepsi I dont want it." She then offered me a diet mt dew, sure that sounds great. We were there for about 2.5 hours having pizza and drinks, I had 3 refills. At no point did anyone say "those are cans" during any of the conversations or when asking if I was a refill, so they tried to charge me $15 for soda. When I brought it up to the server they just gave me a look and was like "Ill get a manager" and just left. Manager came and explained the charges, which yes, I understand you charg3d me for 3 cans, I had to explain no one ever said the bar doesn't have a soda gun and refills or I would have declined them. Ultimately the manager was trying to be nice but came off very condescending as he KEPT EXPLAINING IT WAS CANS even after offering to comp 2 of the 3. YEAH. I KNOW. Aside from the inattentiveness, just errors like wrong food being entered, wrong slices (we just ate what came because the service time was so slow between check ins), wrong beers poured. I just generally got the impression none of the staff there really cared except maybe the manager. Go downstairs to Mara instead.

Great vibes. Good cocktails. Food options are limited but great taste. I ordered a salad which was listed as v for vegetarian but it came with prosciutto. Admitting the mistake, they waived off my 5 drinks from the bill which was great gesture. Also, the manager apologized atleast 5 times for the mistake and assure to make corrections to the menu. They also have a bakery and deliver cakes and pastries to your table at the rooftop which is really awesome.

So disappointing. I don’t take the time to review unless an experience is remarkable enough to merit a comment. Our expectations of a Four Seasons property were definitely not met. Food was mediocre at best . Service was friendly, but waiter could not answers even the most basic questions about the very limited menu. Drinks were watered down and disappointing. Overall, expensive night and really disappointing in all aspects. Will no return.
