He told me, “We are not helping you,” and when I asked if this is a restaurant that helps customers, he replied, “You are the one who needs us; we don’t need you.” Because of this behavior, I left your restaurant and went to another one. This is unacceptable customer service, and no customer should be treated this way. I hope you take this matter seriously and address it with your staff

Wished they had a menu available earlier for people waiting in line, though the menu linked online in maps reflects most of the named items though may not include descriptions. Ordering was easy, got the chicken schwarma that comes with a cold drink. I got the vimto, not knowing what it was, and it seemed to be close to a very flavorful hibiscus drink, highly recommended. Also got a black coffee with some sugar, hot and tasty. The schwarma, cut in halves, was delicious, savory, and filling. The fries were warm, crispy, and well seasoned. The booth I sat at was cozy and well cushioned. Warm, cozy temperature as the weather dips into 30s. Great value overall, highly recommend!
