The one my girlfriend ordered was missing 3 of the 5 toppings she paid extra for (yes we double checked the order and the stick on the box said everything that she ordered) . I called, got put on hold for 20 minutes before we gave up, but they didn't actually use the hold feature on the phone, so I got to hear all of their conversations, I especially enjoyed the yelling about sticking fingers into a certain hole, that was awesome to hear from the people that handled your food.
