    We order Papa John’s at least 2-3 times a month. The location on Hennepin Ave in Minneapolis is by far the worst pizza I have ever had. It was underbaked, dough was way too thick, and the cheese, yuck. Delivery guy was very pleasant, so he was the only bright spot.

    This Papa John's may be a smaller location but it packs big personalities and big flavors! I have yet to receive one bad menu item or bad attitude from the workers there! It always feels good walking in and being treated with a big smile and good food!

    Ordered pizza at 3:30pm. At 4:30pm checked the tracker because it hadn't showed up. Tracker said my order had been given to DoorDash. DoorDash showed a delivery window of 5:30pm to 6:15pm. Called and was told my pizza was sitting on the counter. The manager got on the phone and repeatedly called me disrespectful because I found this all to be unacceptable.

    I ordered through Postmates and was delivered a box with eaten or trash peppers?! This is absolutely disgusting we could not eat any of this due to food safety and tampering concern. Postmates won’t even refund me. Extremely disappointed.
