If you're looking for pizza - look elsewhere. Waited over an hour for delivery, then the app said pizza was delivered but it had not. Called the store and spoke with some guy - told him the app said delivered but I didn't have the order. He says "it will be there in 10 to 15 minutes" - I asked how to change the tip amount (because you have to prepay for the tip). Worker asks me for my address. I say, "hold up, if you don't have my address how do you know my food is 10 to 15 minutes out?" Worker says "I'm not dealing with you" and hangs up. I call the customer service line - they act as if they are taking the information on the problem and then say "someone from the store will investigate and contact you within 48 hours."
I've heard nothing. Once I finally got the pizza it was cold, the cheese was no longer cheese it was a mass of gelatin, the toppings were incorrect.
So, if you want to be hung up on, get cold food, get incorrect food - by all means, order from here.
