My boyfriend made his order, after he got his food he was checking the bag to make sure everything was in the bag, turns out he ordered his meal and wanted extra onion one of the staff member went and got the onion and a man who looks like the supervisor or manager I’m not sure; came up to us told us to make sure we tell them want we want because now we are holding up there line as if our wants or needs are not important and yes we make sure to order what we want and this staff they DO NOT LISTEN! He is very disrespectful, mean and inconsiderate, we left and still had to drive back because other items were missing. These people need to learn customer service not only giving people food. If as a person you’re having a bad day just one sentence can make it worst.

Waited in there while my order was ready a man walked in front of me conversating with an employee when she should’ve been doing her job. She went and gave him his order which was done way after my uber order that was waiting right there. Zero stars.

Go there, but this McDonald's needs new management and new employees that can understand what the customer is ordering.
