Now they look like a sterile corporate office. The food looks completely fake and they don't even pretend to make it look like it's real food. I'm afraid to eat it. It's like those burgers will instantly give you cancer. It doesn't decompose.

It’s taken them an hour to prepare already made burgers and chicken nuggets and some fries. Now I understand that I’m not the only person ordering through a delivery service (because I’m not only person) but this is ridiculous. Now the drivers kept dropping my order because it still wasn’t ready. That is ridiculous. There is no reason on a TUESDAY NIGHT that it should take an hour to get some food. The order ended up being cancelled because they were “closed”, even though I got my order in before closing time. And before anyone says anything yes I could make my own food at home, but tonight I wanted to have treat.

It is expected to order with the app or digital screen. These of course don't have anywhere to scan/type in promo - only managers can do it. There ARE registers, complete w/ finger scanner (i looked)!! I left after 10mins of watching the line get longer of people pre-ordering. Put up a sign that says "pick-up" only cuz thats clearly all this location is anymore.
