    Customer service is awful especially in communication and employee using F word while giving him my online order code is a no. The employee on 12/07/2025 at 19:30 to 19:45 pm taking orders should not be dealing with customers directly because of his use of foul language.

    I went to get breakfast this morning. I placed it on the kiosk which was super easy. Once I recieved my order I headed out, minutes later as I'm in my car leaving I realize I was missing an item. I called 5 times to the location so I could either get a refund or come back another time, I got no answer. Super disappointed because this Mcdonald's is usally very good at keeping a good track record with customers. My sandwich wasn't worth 100$ but it's inconvenient to have to always check your bag to see if you have all your items, especially when you trust the location.

    Worst location by far, very hostile and will not let you use the restroom even if you buy food at the drive thru. Never again
