    ⭐️ 1-Star Review I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this McDonald’s today. Isabel, the employee taking my order, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Before I even presented my reward code, I clearly asked if I could use my rewards for a biscuit and egg and pay the difference for the substitution. She completely ignored me and kept rushing me, repeatedly saying “Anything else?” without letting me finish or explain. Because she didn’t listen, my points were used and I didn’t even get what I was trying to redeem them for. When I asked for help, Manager Maria came over, but she didn’t do anything to fix the situation. She just said there was nothing she could do, which made everything even more frustrating. Terrible service from both the employee and the manager. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be returning to this location.
