They seem to be an attempt to placate the reviewers. Good reviews get details from the post itself. After reading most all of the reviews, I have chosen not to order from your restaurant. If I were to get a less than satisfactory meal, I already know what your response will be, the same response given to 99% of the negative responses. Your lack of taking responsibility for the quality of the food is shown by your carbon copy responses. I don't feel as though the bad reviews bot h er you in the slightest because you don't show any type of remorse for serving such food.

I told her at this point the food will be cold and not so good. The lady responded, " I don't Care !!" and hung the phone up. She wouldn't give me explanation why I could not get a refund. It was horrible customer services and had never experienced this type of service there. I'm super disappointed and will never go there again. I would not suggest going there .
