  Delicious and quality food! It seams like a very clean restaurant and very nice environment overall. Clean bathrooms! Great variety of beers. The Weihenstephaner was great tasting and awesome food.

  Everything we had was delightful. The Ukranian meatballs are superb! And, I can never get enough of their mashed potatoes. The goulash is out of this world. I could eat it every day. Yum-O-rama!

  Wow. Rare 5 stars. I cannot wait to come back to Minneapolis to eat here again and I’m frankly embarrassed by how much I have been thinking of this place. I had heard shining reviews of this place so walking in the bar was high. But there was a nagging thought at the back of my mind… Ukrainian food? I mean no one speaks highly of any eastern European cuisine. It’s not one of the many repeated and Americanized popular cuisines like Italian, Chinese and Mexican. I was proven wrong. You order in a cafeteria style line with beautiful attendants (+). The menu is concise and broken up well, sausages, sandwiches, a limited selection of entrees. I really appreciate that. I got the grinder sandwich, the spinach pie, and the potato and cheese pirogies. Everything that I had was better than the last. My friend put the pirogies perfectly, they warm your soul. The sour cream and onions complement it perfectly. I have no idea what was going on with the spinach and sausage pie but I devoured it instantly. I remember exactly how it tasted still. I appreciate when a restaurant does something that I cannot do at home, I could never recreate that spinach pie or the pirogies. The grinder sandwich was standard but perfectly executed. It was exactly what I was looking for. Good bread, quality cured meats and cheese, fresh ingredients. I had half for lunch and half for dinner. Fantastic. As stated earlier I legitimately cannot wait much longer to go to Minneapolis again. I yearn for Kramarcsuk’s.

  Very chill atmosphere and I absolutely love the service, it’s kinda like a school lunch line with the tray and letting them know what you want!! I love the attached store/deli , I may be biased because I remember my Polish great grandmother going there as a kid back in the 70’s and she would make the same poppyseed bread 😋
