My order is always off and never accurate. Delivery is quick though. Order Caffreys or Cheba Hut instead, they don't deliver to us otherwise we would've!

Almost $17 for a turkey sandwich and a bottled soda, ridiculous. Also, this location only ever has bikers - get delivery drivers! More than once I have waited over an hour and a half for my food where at that point it’s pointless and also I prefer a fountain drink but you can’t order that for delivery because of the bikers…lame! Also what company makes their employees bike in below zero degree weather? Thought I’d give it another chance but nah.

I waited over an hour for an online order and the tracking info disappeared as if my order was delivered. I called the store and was told that the driver got a flat tire and my order has to be remade then "the biker" will deliver it. Shortly after I got a text stating that my order was transferred to Uber eats and the delivery time would be another hour.... What is going on??

This JJ store blows. It’s a block or two from me, but I like to order while I’m in meetings during work and can’t pick up. It’s always over an hour delivery time (for one sandwich .02 miles away)….ridiculous. But the website won’t let me order from any other location since this is the closest to me. I’m currently waiting on a sandwich that I ordered 1.5 hours ago, are you kidding me. They also don’t follow delivery directions at all. Asked them to call me when here because people steal deliveries - they left it out front and just texted me, didn’t even see the text for 10 minutes.
Plus, if you ever go into the actual physical location you know it’s a hot mess.
