    I waited over an hour for an online order and the tracking info disappeared as if my order was delivered. I called the store and was told that the driver got a flat tire and my order has to be remade then "the biker" will deliver it. Shortly after I got a text stating that my order was transferred to Uber eats and the delivery time would be another hour.... What is going on??

    This JJ store blows. It’s a block or two from me, but I like to order while I’m in meetings during work and can’t pick up. It’s always over an hour delivery time (for one sandwich .02 miles away)….ridiculous. But the website won’t let me order from any other location since this is the closest to me. I’m currently waiting on a sandwich that I ordered 1.5 hours ago, are you kidding me. They also don’t follow delivery directions at all. Asked them to call me when here because people steal deliveries - they left it out front and just texted me, didn’t even see the text for 10 minutes. Plus, if you ever go into the actual physical location you know it’s a hot mess. Skip this shop.

    Big shout out to Kennedy for making sure that the catering order we had went out to her standards! It's clear she knows what she's doing in all aspects of the shop, and managed a ton of things all at once during a big lunch rush. Top employee, thanks again Kennedy!

    I have been ordering here pretty regularly now, and just lately I started having bad experiences. 1st. Was when I called the store and asked whom I was speaking with, I was met with an awful attitude and very distasteful. So the manager refused to tell me her name so that went south quick. My wrap was literally thrown together totally disregarded my request, so I waited a few weeks and then call again and was told that he was the only one there and couldn't take my order. :( give it another shot, this time would be my final time. The guy who delivered my sandwich had 0 change putting me in a bad position. So I was forced to give him more money than what the sandwich was worth. I called and the manager said that she'd give me a $3 credit!!! Which I'll never be using. And what happened to " freaky speedy John, or fast, I guess that slogan died with the customer service. Maybe organizations should add on to there hiring process "CUSTOMER SERVICE 101!!!! Back to the basics
