  My coworkers convinced me to try this location again. We have been waiting almost 3 hours for delivery of the 2 bbq chips and Sprite they forgot. I’ve called the store twice- no apology, no estimate on when the rest of our lunch will arrive.

  Waited over an hour FOR A SANDWICH. Found out that this location doesn't have delivery drivers on weekends (?), so they outsource to doordash (also a terrible business.) After the long wait, I got an untoasted sandwich without a single topping that I asked for. Just impressively wrong. I called the phone number 10 times and no one answered! This location is a joke!!! Avoid at all costs!

  I ordered a sandwich at 330 and it didn't arrive until 545. Called the shop and the employee had nothing to say. No Sorries, no nothing. I used to get good service and the bike guy would be freaky fast, well that no longer exists. I am so glad I did not order a hot sandwich, I was thinking that maybe it would be able to compete with Jersey Mikes. I guess I will never know.
