Previous times, I’ve ordered my sandwich for delivery and it has been relatively low wait time for it to be delivered (20 - 30 min), while living a little less than half a mile.
This time, my sandwich took about 50 minutes for it to be prepared & delivered, and also given an uber link (new).
I guess I’m just confused if the slogan is freaky fast, but being pawned off to uber, which is usually typically a longer wait time for delivery, which after pick up from the store was over 15 minutes. My biggest question is why?
I’m glad my meal was still good, I just wish JJ’s was able to keep true to their slogan because that’s a huge reason why I sometimes order.

Went in there today and they were quite busy (Deliverys) But one thing stood out I'm guessing the older African American woman was the manager and she was training like 3 people at once. My order took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. That manager was doing the dam thing!!!

The food is good, but they CONSTANTLY get something on our order wrong. Some days they don't include a topping, some days they don't toast your sandwich (even though its a feature they're trying to push), and most times they don't cut your sandwich when asked to. They never greet you, and I could place an online order of 2 sandwiches, show up 25 mins later, and the order not even have been done. Expensive sandwiches for innacurate orders.

They don’t greet you and don’t work on pick up orders until you check in at the register . People who order at register are helped faster I always have to wait 10+ minutes because the employees would rather chat.
