  Ordered for pick up today. Bread on mine and my sister’s sandwich was stale. Not the end of the world, but disappointing.

  Previous times, I’ve ordered my sandwich for delivery and it has been relatively low wait time for it to be delivered (20 - 30 min), while living a little less than half a mile. This time, my sandwich took about 50 minutes for it to be prepared & delivered, and also given an uber link (new). I guess I’m just confused if the slogan is freaky fast, but being pawned off to uber, which is usually typically a longer wait time for delivery, which after pick up from the store was over 15 minutes. My biggest question is why? I’m glad my meal was still good, I just wish JJ’s was able to keep true to their slogan because that’s a huge reason why I sometimes order.

  Went in there today and they were quite busy (Deliverys) But one thing stood out I'm guessing the older African American woman was the manager and she was training like 3 people at once. My order took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. That manager was doing the dam thing!!!
