I pointed to the kiosk he nodded his head telling me to use the kiosk. I started trying to use it but being my first time using their kiosk, I was having issues. I tried to get his attention but I could tell he didn’t wanna help as he seen me trying to get his attention. I began to figure it out but couldn’t figure out if I could get my jalapeños grilled as I usually do. A couple walks in and as they walk straight to the counter he goes and helps them while now making eye contact with me. I’m like forget it, I’ll eat something else. I walked out and went to my car and called to get the manager which was him but refused to give his name. I walked back and asked if he was the manager, and took a photo of him, he still has the phone in hand in the photo. I’m not sure of his issue but the lack of customer service will insure that if I’m craving a burger to go elsewhere.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
