The other day, I visited two of your stores, and a staff member informed me that I could no longer purchase two or a dozen bagels from the menu. In addition, they said that they could not buy containers of cream cheese, but only through catering instead. These changes made it very difficult and very disappointing to purchase something that suited my needs. To be honest, these responses seriously compromise customer convenience, and we can’t help but feel that your company doesn’t value our business. It led me to waste time and money and think it would be better to go to another bagel store, like Bagger's Bagels. We are extremely disappointed by this situation. We look forward to future service improvements and listening to our customers' voices. Thank you for your understanding and response.
