- ETEmily Tenczar2 days ago1.0This is the second time I’ve written to you this week. I visited Einstein bagels on Sunday November 16 and lost my credit card. I’ve been repeatedly calling the location multiple times per day and selecting to speak to a team member and the call goes straight back to the recording. I don’t live in the area and it’s a major hassle to cancel my credit card. I will loose all the points accumulated on the card and it could reflect negatively on my credit, not to mention I will need to reenroll in everything that was associated with that card. I used to really like going to Einstein. I think I am finished as a customer.
