I came in and looked at the tracker screen and didn’t see my name, it seemed like the order already got picked up. I asked someone named Barry about the status of my order, after looking at the screen he kind of just walked away and did nothing. I eventually asked someone named Terry about my order and he was very helpful, this lady (I never got her name, but she had brown hair, and wore gold earings) said that I likely was the order that wasn’t able to go through because a big order came in right before mine did. They said that they would remake the order. Both Terry and the lady were very helpful. And the people working were trying their hardest under a very busy time (notable people are someone who wore red glasses, someone with black hair with green tips and piercings; and someone with a goatee, along with Terry and the lady) to be honest it looked like they were understaffed! The lady with the gold earrings was especially overworked, it seemed like she was a delivery driver but ended up taking over to help out the already overworked kitchen staff. She was manning the front/boxing up everything like mad! Props to her
