I have lived in this area for approximately two years and have been a regular customer at this Domino’s location during that time. Until recently, service had been generally satisfactory. However, multiple recent experiences have been deeply disappointing and inappropriate. On Halloween, I placed an order for my nieces and nephews, and my mother ordered pasta with a request for extra sauce and chicken a request that has consistently been fulfilled in the past. When the order was incorrect, we went to the store to address the issue. The individual identifying himself as the manager, whom I believe was named Mitchel, behaved in an extremely disrespectful manner and used explicitly abusive language toward my mother. Such conduct from a manager is entirely unacceptable. Today, we placed another order consisting of two pizzas, bread bites, a soda, crushed red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese. The soda and requested condiments were not included. When my mother called the store regarding the missing items, both the manager and staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The manner in which we were treated raised serious concerns regarding bias and discriminatory behavior. This location has demonstrated a significant decline in customer service and professionalism. No customer should be spoken to disrespectfully or treated unfairly, especially by management. This matter warrants immediate attention from upper management, very disrespectful.

The young man that took my order was still very kind and patient with me. Most times they give attitude when you show up that late. Food was good. And timely.
