  My house is less than a mile away from this location. Delivery took over an hour and my pizzas were completely ice cold. It tells you when your pizza leaves the shop and mine was in the car for over 40 minutes before it got here. Tried to call the shop multiple times, each time I waited on hold with the automated message for 10 minutes before just giving up and hanging up. I tried to use the online make it right guarantee or whatever but it said you have to be a member of the loyalty program even though if you read the rules it's specifically says you don't have to be a member. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted hot pizzas sent out but I couldnt get anyone on the phone.

  ⭕️❌⛔️🚫DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE, this place needs to be shut down immediately.!!!! Ordered cheese pizza for my kid they sent pepperoni she’s 5 and has never eaten meat. Called back the manager was so rude it’s unbelievable they’re still in business.

  I have ordered from this Dominos too many times and stated I would never order again. Today was absolutely the last time. A few orders back, the driver took forever because he stayed in one spot on the map for over 45 minutes. He was obviously high when he arrived to me. Last time, the driver was sloppy and my food had obviously been dropped and was all squished together in one side of the box. Today's order was a disaster because the store/restaurant didn't time the order appropriately with what the weather was doing (bad winter weather). It sat at the store for close to an hour, waiting for the driver to return from another order and to bring it to me. I called in to inquire about the timing, and the person that answered was extremely unhelpful and hung up right in the middle of me asking a question about expected timing. I will be deleting my Dominos account and finding another pizzeria to order from in the future. I'm not sure I will ever order from Dominos again - even after I move from this location. For the past few years, they've always been unreliable, and the food gets worse and worse, as does the experience.

  I’m actually upset I have too even put a star on this pizza and it’s under cooked giant pieces of green peppers on it, it literally looks a mess and I don’t even want too eat it. On top of that I get a rude delivery man and it’s 11pm and he’s saying he didn’t have enough change for me holding 5 dollars from what he owes me back but also asking for a tip. I will be calling tomorrow requesting get a full refund on this whole order and you should really hire some better people with better attitudes. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and I’ve been buying here for a while.

  I placed an order, and it left the store at 8:29 pm. I am in a 1-mile radius of this store. It showed up after 10 pm. I called the store twice to check - the order said “delivered” for around 45+ minutes without actually being delivered. The 2nd time I called to inquire, I got hung up on…:/ When my pizza arrived around 1 hour and 45 minutes after it left the store, it was the wrong pizza! Someone else’s entirely. Additionally, obviously cold and soggy at this point. I called and waited to speak to a manager for 20 minutes and absolutely didn’t have any more time to spend in this process of simply ordering a pizza at this point - it was almost 11 pm. Formal complaint submitted. I don’t even recommend carry out - choose a different store. There’s a reason they’re barely hanging onto 2 stars. I would give 0 if I could.
