I've been ordering from this location for over a decade now, but delivery over the last couple of years has gotten so bad I'm just done with it. You used to be able to order ahead for a specific time range, but that's been gone for a while. Instead, you have to order for pickup or "immediate" delivery. Of course, they start with an estimated delivery of 30-45 min, but an hour later you're still waiting. I'm less than 10 min from the store, and they still can't get me a timely delivery regardless of how much I tip... Compare this to the EP location near my friend's place, which delivers early every single time. Not sure if the SLP location is experiencing a management/delivery/kitchen issue, or a combo, but they've lost me.
