I regularly place orders for takeaway and have had the ability to customize the dishes so easily. And the food was fantastic, all of it!!! We also appreciated that a staff member helped carry our order out the car when my spouse (with visible mobility issues) was coming back to the car crossing tricky winter walkways. Kudos to all and much gratitude!

I ordered the chicken tikka masala, and what I received was almost entirely chicken with barely any sauce. The dish looked dry and nothing like how it’s normally served. When I politely asked for a bit more sauce, the server refused and told me I would need to pay for an entirely new order. Instead of correcting what was clearly an issue with the dish, I was charged for two full chicken tikka masalas. This felt dismissive, unprofessional, and unfair—especially toward a regular customer. I left very disappointed. No restaurant should handle a simple request this poorly. I truly hope management addresses this, because this experience has made me reconsider returning.
