The quality is lacking and the customer service is the absolute worst I've experienced in at least a decade. I'd rather be on the phone with a cable company for an issue that Chipotle. You should be embarrassed at how poorly you treat customers, or at least, former customers. Never again. UPDATE: This is hilarious, after posting my review I got a canned response from the store directing me to the generic contact method, the thing I literally wrote the review complaining about how awful it was. These guys just don't care about customers AT ALL.

I had to wait 40mins because instead of prioritizing my order, the staff decided to serve about 20 people that came after me. I didn’t get an acknowledgment at all even though I did mentioned I was picking up for my family at the hospital. I understand this is a fast food chain but honestly? Almost an hour to pick up essentially 6 bowls? Awful service and management.
