    They're little pickup area is disgusting. It is sopping wet, no rug. There's chewed up gum on the ground. I told one of the people that works there.They should mop it up , and she says there's really nothing they can do about it because people keep walking in and out. Then I said you should at least have a rug , they said they don't have any extra rugs. If someone slips and falls and gets hurt , I guess that's on them. The manager needs to do better.

    The place was disgusting. The grill was black burnt, the rice cooker was gross and unclean. Just nasty. I was really surprised considering it was in Uptown on Hennepin. The staff was new. Totally over load the tacos and then smashed together into Foil then a bowl. Then they were short staffed, they made us wait for them to prepare other customers food before checking us out. My bf was so disgusted by the whole thing that he insisted that we leave, so we did...without the food.....neva experienced that at ANY other Chipotle in the USA?????? Terrible experience. :(

    Sadly this location is one of the worst in the metro. The management clearly does not run a tight ship. Items are often unavailable and the cleanliness in the dining area is never good. Perhaps they are understaffed. Hope they improve!
