She is practically screaming when talking to her colleagues to the point where I couldn't even hear my friend from across the table. I've observed this same behavior at other Caribous, too. These people either need training, or need to be fired. They rob any sense of ambience, or the ability to have a reasonable conversation at a coffee shop. Stop, and listen to this feedback. People visit coffee shops to have a conversation. Not to listen to your loud, obnoxious employees who have no sense of civility, or know how to behave in public. Address this now, before you lose customers!

I would have given it a 4 1/2 ⭐ because of lobby condition but maybe they have been busy so I wanted to give them 5 ⭐ over all.
