Tonight I simply ordered a large crafted press & 2 large waters, but we only got a medium crafted press & 2 small water glasses. It’s fine if they only had smaller cups but they didn’t in form me if that was the case so just really disappointed that I paid for a large but got a medium.

I chose a coffee cake, and when I politely asked “Messiah” ? if it could be warmed up, the staff member’s reaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The app showed the donut as available, so it was frustrating to learn it wasn’t. On top of that, the service came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Another staff member “African American woman” even made unnecessary, condescending remarks as I was leaving. The food and drinks themselves are fine, but the service has been consistently below expectations, and today’s experience was disappointing.
