Unfortunately the gentleman who made our drinks though did not stir our drinks at all ( all parts separated and at the bottom ) and did not mention in any form which drink was which when I asked what the drink was he barked back "I just told you!" ( his mouth had not moved and there was no audible sound for either drink when it was brought to the counter) when I asked again " Can you tell me what this one is?" He snapped back " I just told you this was the mocha and this is the other!" His service, lack of stirring/mixing the drinks and his attitude at the end will guarrantee I never return to this location for coffee and I will not order if I see him at another location. We have always really enjoyed Caribou Coffee but this service was so bad and drink was so bad, it really puts a negative light on the franchise. Hopefully next location will be the service I have come to know and love. But this absolutely wasnt at that standard. I can understand sometimes drinks can be lacking and sometimes people can have bad days, but both really guarantees to burn people from provided services and products.
