I waited for about 20 minutes with no sign of any staff. There was only a note on the desk saying “We see you on camera,” which felt really uncomfortable. The app showed that my food was already ready, but there was no one to hand it to me. After waiting a total of 30 minutes, a lady finally arrived and simply pulled my food out from under the desk, meaning it had been sitting there the whole time, even before I arrived. I ended up wasting 30 minutes just to have someone take the food out from under a desk. Very strange and poorly managed experience.
