  Took forever to get menus and place wasn't very busy. Wings and burger were awesome this time. Waitress was awesome.

  Both times we went the wait times were terrible. Staff were horribly overwhelmed and it took forever to get drinks, food and the bills.

  The most understaffed restaurant I have ever seen. Seemed like the managers were off as well as everyone was running around. Took 2 hours to get food.

  Came in before a game, it was busy but not packed. We got a booth as soon as we arrived. We had to go find a server after we’d sat for 20 minutes. A server came over and took our order. She said our drinks might take a minute as they were backed up at the bar. 45 minutes later, we flagged another server down and she said she’d go check. 10 minutes later we had to go find a server again and ask about the food. She said the food would be out in 5 minutes. We waited another 10 minutes, no drinks nor food so we left.

  Not sure how a restaurant can screw up a delivery order every time, but this Buffalo Wild Wings location by the UofMN certainly does. At first, I thought it was the 3rd party app so I stopped using GrubHub and instead ordered directly from my BW3's online account/app. So, last night I checked the delivery tracking as 3 different drivers from DoorDash drove to this location to pick up my food but left with no food and no delivery for me. So, I called this BW3's and informed them that I had placed this order with them directly, had a confirmation number from BW3's and everything. Staff put me through to the manager, who was insistent that I need to contact DoorDash for a refund. What?! I explained how my order was placed through BW3, to which he got defensive, impatient, and eventually hanging up the phone. So, I call the DoorDash driver who says he does have a BW3 order but it's for a delivery address near the UofMN. I live in South MPLS, the address was not mine. I called the BW3 manager again, who was a little more patient this time and told me I would get the order delivered and a refund. I got the food from DoorDash driver attempt #4, over 2 hours from the order time. And, just saw that the transaction on my debit card is no longer "pending" so I was charged. No refund. My sanity is worth the $25, I'm not calling back for it and never dealing with this place again. 12/05/25 update: Added additional star to review due to the full refund being returned to my banking account today without me having to call back or do anything additional. So they did stand by their word after all, which is worth acknowledging.
