I had to eat my sandwich on the go in my car because of the long service time. Also watched a girl who was blonde with long braided hair with a green shirt making the “order aheads” turn around on the line, take her glove off, pick her nose and put gloves back on. Hand sanitation should be a top priority!! So gross and unacceptable. It’s definitely not what it used to be.

I got a dozen bagels but the box ripped right as I went outside. I was late for a work meeting, and without question the staff replaced them. They turned my morning around, as well as my opinion on this location.

I've always enjoyed the ambience and the consistency over the years. For my most recent visit, though, the experience fell short. I placed a large breakfast order for 11 coworkers. While I appreciated the quick turnaround they gave me between placing the order and pickup, there was one major issue that made things difficult once I got back to the office. None of the sandwiches were labeled or marked in any way. With different people choosing different bagels but similar sandwiches, we had to open each one just to figure out what it was. That made it tough to distribute everyone's order correctly and added unnecessary frustration. Small details like labeling make a big difference -especially when placing larger orders. It would go a long way in helping customers feel confident that everything is correct and that everyone gets what they ordered.
