- JJJulia1 day ago4.0I am consistently impressed with Chipotle. The food is always fresh, the aroma is inviting, the atmosphere is excellent, and the service is impeccable.

A couple weeks ago I came in shortly after they opened, was the only customer in line at the time, and was not acknowledged by any one of at least 5 employees for at least 15 minutes. Today, I ordered via DoorDash ($$!!!!) and received the incorrect order. There was no receipt on the bag and the driver stated they had to verbally confirm the order with the employees and they took their word. So I reordered the same order, including double steak (SSS!!!), and it was the whitest bowl I've ever seen - maybe 8 pieces of steak, and probably a tablespoon of pico. I hope Chipotle corporate really takes notice of the consistently poor service and value from this location in particular.

Staff couldn’t care less, they’re out of everything, and the store is filthy. Genuinely lost my appetite seeing what the kitchen looked like. Got a bowl and they didn’t have any forks. HOW ARE YOU A RESTAURANT WITHOUT FORKS !!! Oh and took them 17 minutes to do 3 orders. THREE. I could have gone to Punch Pizza across the street, ate my food, and drove home in the time it took them to do THREE orders.
