How are you going to charge me extra for something that is not even given. I don't care if it's too busy, if I'm paying money for something, I should get what I paid for. This isn't the first time either, but multiple times. If your workers don't understand what double means, go back and learn it before messing up people's orders.

Then catches an attitude when you ask for more? Then make me pay for extra but give a full scoops of pico. I don’t mind paying extra i just want the correct amount I’m suppose to be given. If i wanted a veggie bowl that what i would order. Overall the attitude that comes from the staff when you want to build your own meal is pathetic.
