I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order to be made. Ive been to this location before & never had this issue. The sandwich was sloppy and falling apart in the bag. It was not enjoyable. It was cold by the time my drinks were ready. Ive worked in the service industry for nearly 25 years. Sorry this was bad- I tipped well & it wasnt until after that I was given slightly better service
