Leaving bww upset because of the service. Miss “Teaousha” got upset because she charged me $4 for the game tablet my daughter did NOT play with. Proceeds with attitude like that makes her situation…. Never called the manager over on someone SO quick. Don’t like your job? Get a new one, along with the attitude it’s horrible !

Uber eats pickup...there's a sign indicated to "Wait in the lobby as they can see through the camera". Waiting for 5-10 another driver enter a few minutes later. Counter service came and serve the 2nd driver as he was standing. I confronted the Counter service or cashier, she said she did not see who was there first. Why put up a sign when the store worker does not follow. Don't go there as they chose to serve to regardless to who got there first. BAD customer service

Here's a little suggestion since you charge for dips now...use some of that money to buy some Sharpies and write R for Ranch or BC for Blue Cheese on THE TOP OF THE DAMN LIDS so you can send out the correct ones when ordered!!! You sent the wrong dip 3 of the last 4 orders!!!

Teaousha is hands down THE WORST server I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. After refusing to approach our party for the first 20 minutes of our visit, we were greeted with a begrudging "a party this size needs to call ahead, you are going to be a kitchen nightmare" (2.5 hours before closing). Our party ordered assorted wings, as well as bottomless apps. We were not checked in with a single time, and, in one of her few moments of actually doing her job, we spoke about her needing to mend a billing error. After SIGNIFICANT pushback and WITHOUT ADMITTING FAULT, Teaousha agreed to mend her mistake, then, proceeded to double back, adding back a new charge, seemingly out of petty, and did not come back to our table for the remainder of the experience. This is all without mentioning that our party had to send a busser to search for her (20 minute smoke break mid serving) and were afterwards greeted with her miserable attitude that we came to know throughout our visit. It should be noted that the bussing staff was nothing but pleasant and should be honored as such.

They struggled to make the non-alcoholic drink I ordered off the menu, and after 4 tries, they finally got the drink correct, at which point everyone was leaving and I was told I couldn't bring the drink out of the establishment.
More detail:
I ordered a mocktail called the Redbull Watermelon Punch. Here's what I was brought.
First drink: Watermelon Smash
Second drink: Redbull Watermelon Punch (with alcohol) I was not IDed before getting this drink, and alcohol affects me pretty strongly, so I avoid drinking anything alcoholic.
Third drink: ANOTHER Watermelon Smash
At this point I refused the drink and our group went back and forth with the person serving us about what drink I was being served versus the very clear distinction between the descriptions on the menu.
Fourth drink: Redbull Watermelon Punch... no alcohol woo!
Unfortunately, I was already a bit woozy from the giant swig of the alcoholic version (that I gave to someone else) that I didn't have the appetite to chug my non-alcoholic drink before everyone was trying to leave. By this point the drink had been comped, but when I then get my drink and try to leave, that's the first time they do their jobs effectively by saying they don't know if the drink I have has alcohol or not therefore I cannot take it out. After I had to try 4 whole times to get the right drink WITHOUT alcohol, I BET they DIDN'T know, but after being there so long just to be denied the ability to drink my non-alcoholic drink at my leisure somewhere else since I had to leave, it really rubbed me the wrong way and it's been eating at me since 3/25.
From what I did have though, the drink was good, and if I drank alcohol I would even recommend the alcoholic version.
