  This is the first negative review of a restaurant in my life. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt multiple times thinking I just was unlucky. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location the fries are horrible. It doesn't matter if I go during rush or during slow hours. They are soggy cold, dark in color and extremely disappointing every time. Its very obvious the fries are cooked and left in the fry staging for too long. I worked at McDonald's when I was younger for 5 years in Cottage Grove, MN. Back then there was a policy for how long fries could be staged before needing to be wasted along with the oil being regularly changed. And I know when the oil gets old it makes the fries color darker and makes the flavor disgusting. We followed those policies closely because McDonald's fries are a staple food to the restaurant and the quality of the fries was one of, if not the most important thing. People go to McDonald's for the fries. This McDonald's is right down the road from where I live and its very convenient for me to stop there for food. But because the fries are bad EVERYTIME I dont want to go there anymore. Im talking over 20 times or more the fries are bad every time. I am so disappointed and will not go to this location anymore.

  Over the past 30 years this place has been up & down, yet I've been going to this one since I was a kid. I personally have not had many problems with this place, but I can see other people have. The service became bad enough my parents have chosen to go to a different location the past few years. Yet, I still find it good. Granted I've only been here sparingly the past 20 years. Recently, I've been here a few times and haven't had any real problems with my actual food or order. As far as the Big Arch. I really don't get the backlash. Perhaps I just got lucky and mine was made well? It tasted pretty good - I enjoyed it.

  This was the first sandwich after we had driven away. Also got the wrong 2nd sandwich which was a McGriddle. I went back in person and showed them this sandwich and was going to ask for a refund but the worker took the sandwiches and had them remade. I didn’t want them remade but I checked the remade McMuffin while still there and it also had grey and green spots. I asked for a refund. Which was given. Did not feel anything else would be accomplished with staff in person.

  I ordered a mc deluxe and then I got a deluxe qtr cheese and gave me the wrong order
