Not only do they not train their employees, but they encourage them to steal from customers, and management chooses to look the other way when you say something. They don't care when you let them know the mobile app or the drive through isn't working right. If it's busy good luck trying to get any customer service, they will ignore you. They don't like giving out receipts so you can't ask for a refund when they don't give you half your food, and good luck finding a phone number that they will answer to, they threw my number in the trash when I went in to have the manager call me.
