  Most JJs are good and this location has been as well. But the last experience was NOT good. I had placed an order in advance on the app. When I got to the window, I asked for my order. The employee shut the window and walked away without saying a single word and didn't come back for 17 minutes. When I opened my sandwich at home, I was very disappointed with what I found. I am attaching a photo of what you could be forgiven for believing was a MUSTARD sandwich. (I did not order a mustard sandwich).

  Don’t order delivery here, terrible service times. Order took almost two hours to get delivered. Marshall isn’t that big of a place

  Worst service I’ve ever had at a jimmy johns - waited for online pickup for over an hour and just got run around - went to drive thru and got my order in about 20 minutes - shame on me for going inside the store
