    I drove 20 minutes, ordered and realized I forgot my wallet. Staff was ok but annoyed ( as they should be , I was )

    I was not happy about they put marshmallows in my dark chocolate hot chocolate i have asked about them and they have always said they don’t put marshmallows in the dark chocolate hot chocolate !!!! So what do I do always ask !!!

    Went inside to order a drink and a sandwich stood there for a few minutes while the workers were talking. I ordered my drink which was fine til later... I ordered a sandwich they didn't have it ordered another one didn't have it ordered a bagel was barely toasted... ordered a sandwich as well which was OK. Back to the drink, i ordered a cooler so naturally the drink will start to melt well there was a lot of coffee grounds in my drink. Never had that before. Way more grounds than what there should have been as if the coffee machine did not get washed properly (or at all)

    This place has always been pretty good. Although they locked their doors around what must have been 5 when they close at 6. It would be understandable if they have it stated anywhere that they close their doors early and continue their drive thru until 6. Yet no where does it say that anywhere.
