  Well a few weeks ago i thought i would try Arby’s I have never visited the one in Marshall before and since I have not eaten Arby’s in atleast 5 years i thought i would give it a try I saw there $8 box deal was nice so I ordered the classic Roast Beef however I got Fish and did not notice until I got back to work so I left it alone. Today i thought i would try the box again and make sure they hear me say roast beef however i tried to order a shake with it and the lady told me no i can’t do that it has to be a fountain drink nothing else maybe she doesn’t know how to add a shake she could have said that instead of being rude or if I was going to have to pay extra for the shake like every other fast food place that offers them would have been fine to but whatever now usually I don’t mind waiting for my food because I know it’s cooked fresh this experience however was I pulled forward to pay and got my food explains why my sandwich and fries were lukewarm either way I won’t be returning to Arby’s for atleast another 5 years both times going there just sucked for me

  I ordered through door dash and when they dropped off my order I was missing items so I called Arby's and the guy that answered was rude. I was explaining what happened and he hung up on me, so I called back and asked why he hung up on me and he immediately was rude and talked to me like i was garbage. He said he couldn't hear me but I could hear everything in the background. He also said he was saying hello mulitple times which I did not hear. I told him well he doesn't have to be rude and he just didnt care. I have never had a problem with them until now. I contacted the dasher and he apologized up and down and made it right. He bought my meal and brought it to me. And he also said that when he went back to do so, they were also rude to him. I love Arby's but I will never order from them again.

  Grabbed a Beef & Cheddar and a Chicken Bacon Swiss for lunch today. Food was great! Fresh, hot, good amount of sauces, toppings and meat. I don't eat out as often anymore due to having so many bad experiences at various places the last couple years (including Arby's, but not this location). This was a welcome change!
