  Walked in to one person behind counter … moving at a glacial pace … with the open kitchen can see some red head kid dancing around goofing around then goes to grab his phone and then directly to the fryer … doesn’t wash hands. No gloves … finally gets to me and I pickup my order. I get home and then open the box and see it’s the wrong pizza. So then I call and call and call no answer whatsoever. I drive all the way back and he was like “oh that’s not the right pizza”. So now I have 2 trips , wasted gas, and time now that the rest of the family is waiting … I’m offered a 20oz soda for inconvenience… no thanks … now I know why I don’t order from here and should NEVER pre tip…. And it gets worse. So he hands me the pizza with a half apology … I go to my car and check the box. It’s the wrong pizza AGAIN?! Never again! Save your money and order from any other location or company…. I was so mad when he showed me the pizza all I looked for that it was stuffed crust… And then I bring it home and I realized it did not have chicken on it. It had sausage… What a waste of money and time.

  They Messed up my order. Gave us two cheese pizzas instead of one cheese and one sausage. I explained I live down the road and asked if they could deliver it and they said no. I would have to pick it up. When I asked for a refund they said no but could put a $10 credit on our phone number for next time. They said we would have to explain to them next time about the $10 instead of a code we should have gotten. Like they would ever believe that. I’ve had Dominoes screw up my order several times and each time they would remake a pizza and deliver it again. That’s good service. Not this Pizza Hut Joke.

  I order my food with good hopes and I get shorted on 2 orderes of fries, it was $10 plus for those and im not even getting my money's worth not even close. These people need to learn how to fill the containers it's a joke. Neither are even half way do yall really think this is worth over $10?
