  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The order took far too long to be prepared, there was no clear communication, and it felt like nobody cared about the customer’s time. Completely unacceptable.

  Oh my gosh, I wish the service here was better. It is SO SLOW, I mean like 30 - 40 minutes to get your food. Every single time. I like the playplace here, it’s better than others. That is why I come here with my daughter. But I don’t know what is going on with the service.

  Even on a normal weekday afternoon, many tables in the dining area were dirty and there was trash on the floor. During the 40 minutes I was there, no staff came out to clean the seating area. Me and another customer had to line up and wait just to ask for ketchup and the restroom code. I understand it may have been a staffing issue, but I also saw familywith young kid struggling to find clean seats, and heard other customers commenting that the place didn’t feel clean. Hoping this improves because it really affects the overall dining experience.

  I order and paid for breakfast in the app just before cut off which I have done before and when I arrived I was told they couldn’t even pull up my order. Nothing in the app made me aware that this would happen and was given the most unhelpful from staffer and management. I’m not sure if a policy changed happened but with everything else I’ve dealt with at this location I call bs and plan on not returning to this location.

  The southlawn drive location is by far the slowest mcdonalds I have ever been to. It took me 35 minutes today to get my food that I ordered through the app but this wasn’t the only time that I’ve had to wait a long time. Every single time I go they have all the drive thru cars pull around to the front and make us wait at least 15 minutes. The food is still good but everything else is horrible, there’s a McDonald’s about 10 minutes from this one that is 10 times better.
