  Ordered online. Never have a problem with this location until today! All the food was cold! Ordered three pizzas and only received two. Ordered medium pizza and they look like small pizzas. Ordered breadsticks and didn’t receive those. Wings were cold and missing the flavor I had chosen.

  I have never really had a problem with this pizza hut but today was just a horrible experience. I added a picture of our order here and the only thing wrong was the hand tossed pizza. It was supposed to be half cheese half pepperoni but it was fully pepperoni. I thought I could just call and say it was wrong and ask for a refund or remake but when I called the manager already had an attitude after I politely told her what happened. She then put me on hold transferring me to a different line. I explained it again to this person and she put me on hold so she could talk to the store. After a bit she comes back and says I ordered that pizza as a full pepperoni, I explain that I didn’t and it shows that on the receipt. She says on their print out it says just pepperoni so I’m confused and say that they are different then. It might have been something with their website but ultimately it’s not what I ordered. I thought it’d be a simple complaint but both the people I talked to did not at all care what I had to say. They said they would send the correct pizza as a remake. That is all they said on the phone. After I hang up, I receive a text for the confirmation but it says I will have to pay the driver $10 plus tip. They did not make this clear that I would have to pay for a remake. I would not have gotten a remake if I knew it was cost more. When they came back, they asked for the $10 and because it was doordash we gave it to the driver as well as a tip. This was very upsetting when it could have very simply been refunded or they could’ve just taken accountability. I don’t usually write reviews but I hope these staff do better in the future or fix their websites.

  Forgets to include menu items. This time is was two orders of cheese sticks. Make sure to check all the boxes in your order before you leave this store.

  Just ordered and they use door dash. After 2 hours and 15 minutes we had to contact door dash support for a refund when they originally said it would take 45 minutes. This store lets Dashers just steal your food and sit at home. Never order from this place.

  Ordered online for a quick pick up. My food wasn't ready yet, but only waited a few minutes. The cinnamon sugar breadsticks were hot and fresh! The icing in those cups need to go.... not good at all. The service was very pleasant. The girls working the counter were really nice. I did see the pizza guy making pizza without gloves. Touching bucket lids and then right into the pizza toppings. Is this normal??? The store could use some updates. You can decide whether or not to order from here. I feel I was pretty safe with my bread, but those hands in the food without gloves? Yeah, I won't order any pizza from there.
