  My mother and I ordered pizza on a whim while playing Scrabble. We decided to order from whoever would deliver here. Papa John’s did! The pizza was lighting fast, gooey and hot and we are both so happy! Our delivery driver was adorable and had to climb our steep driveway and battle two dogs to get to us. Five stars!

  By no means is this the fault of the employees, who were nothing but polite to me and made my food perfectly, but for some reason management or corporate or whoever has decided that it's a brilliant idea to completely rid the store of physical menus, forcing you to scan a QR code and use the unbelievably slow online menu. Awful ordering experience. Thankfully, the person at checkout got my order situated and managed to even save me a buck compared to the price online for the exact same carryout order. Corporate is clearly incompetent, but so is every corporation under the sun, so what's new? There's also nowhere comfortable to sit while waiting for your order. I was forced to either sit on the windowsill or walk back out to my car. I'm only here for ten minutes! Can't Papa John's afford to toss the franchise a few hundred bucks for some chairs, or are recording breaking profits for every stockholder under the sun not enough for them? The atmosphere is also just miserable. I feel bad for the folks working in such a depressing and soulless place. Christ.

  I've ordered from you guys before and its been more than 10 orders all big ones too!! But this time tonight I have to call out whoever made this last pie and was at the store from 11pm til close. Why is my pizza and all the toppings including the sauce all slide to one part of the box. My order was 55$. 2 papa johns pairings along with a 2 liter of Pepsi and 16 pc hot wings. My order got here and great service as usual and I always tip big more than 7$ usually 10$-20$ for the driver. But I got one question? (Please im not ungrateful im just disappointed) why is all the cheese including the toppings & sauce all on one side of the pizza? Like it just slid to one side of the box.

  Seems like they're more concerned about prophets than customer service. I waited forever for an order of cheese sticks when they sat there and filled a huge pizza order but couldn't bother throwing in the cheese sticks at the same time. When I asked why it took so long they said they had to prioritize their bigger orders over the small ones. Cool.
