Turns out she is one of the managers. She was a true brand ambassador and lovely human. She gave me her business card and welcomed me to try the new menu. My husband and I were thinking of buying gift cards to restaurants for our adult children for Christmas so we went there for dinner the same night. We bought 2 $50 gift cards and were waited on by delightful Missy. Missy went above and beyond to promptly take our order and were served and refill drinks by various staff members with a smile. It's been quite a while, maybe over 5 or 6 years since our last time going to any Outback. We will be back regularly. Thank you Latrice and Missy. We loved everything we ordered. Food was excellent.
- RWRobert WallisDec 13, 20251.0My wife and I had a planned experience for our 60th wedding anniversary which concluded at the Outback restaurant in Maplewood, MN. We arrived about 6:45 PM and the 7 of us sat down for what was to be an enjoyable dinner. We were served water and bread and ordered our meals. After about a half hour of waiting for our food out waitress finally stopped by and brough refills of out drinks. No food - just drinks. I asked when the food would be ready and was to "soon". Another half hour passed with no contact or food so I went to the bar and asked if someone would check on our food. By this time over an hour had passed since we arrived. We were then told that our food was placed on the delivery table (?) and was not picked up. We were then told that because of that that the entire order was was being redone? NONE of this information was given to us until we had enough, told management of the unsatisfactory service and walked out. No apology was offered by anyone. I Will NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT and hope this review helps someone else.
