Atleast half of the time they give me a diet coke instead..??? I dont get why that happens so offen they are nothing alike. On top of that being given the wrong size, or they take so damn long jist to get it all wrong. I sat at the ordering screen for 5 mins with nothing then finally someone asked if I was using the app and when I said no.. more silence for another 3 ish mins then when I say hello im told to wait a second...? Like what...?

- CDContent DeletedNov 5, 20251.0Could give zero if possible because I’ve been here almost 20x and every single time they get my order wrong even though it’s slow?? I always try giving workers the benefit of the doubt but one EARLY morning they left EGG SHELLS in my sandwich and made my coffee wrong. The coffee tasted nothing like my usual Mocha and even tasted expired, hurting my stomach. One of the worst parts was that I waited OVER 10 minutes and was ignored multiple times when I was asking about my 4 item order. They waited until everyone’s order was finished EVEN THOUGH I was the only other person in the McDonald’s and I came WAY early before anyone was even pulled up to the drive through before ‘working’ on mines when I literally saw the bag was already ready but they weren’t giving it to me?? I have never been treated so badly and I am very sad because I come here VERY often and just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is too far for me. 0 out of 5 stars :(
